Mary Beth Wreath

Mary Beth Wreath, of Juneau died peacefully with family and friends at her side on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Hillside Hospice in Beaver Dam at the age of 67 years. Mary Beth was born on October 9, 1946, in Moline, IL the daughter of Gerald V. and Norma M. {nee Sallows} Hanny. After graduating from high school and Moline Institute of Commerce, she worked for Deere & Company Sales Branch in Moline, IL for 10 years. On April 20,1968 she was united in marriage to William Wayne Wreath at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hampton, IL. They were transferred to the John Deere Horicon Works in 1972, and have resided in Juneau, WI since that time. Mary Beth served as secretary to the women’s golf league at Rock River Hills in Horicon for many years and was also a member of Juneau Jaycee-ettes as well as the Dodgeland PTO. She was an active Juneau Lioness member and had served for the last 33 years as the Juneau United Methodist Church Sunday School teacher. Mary Beth worked as a secretary for the Dodgeland School District for about 29 years. She was a proud and avid fan of the Chicago Bears. She enjoyed reading and time with her grandchildren. Mary Beth is survived by her husband, William Wayne Wreath of Juneau, WI, her daughter, Allison Nicole Wreath and fiancé Christopher Brumbaugh of O’Fallon, IL, her son, James Hamilton Wreath, his wife Hope Wreath and their three children (Payton Ellyn, Addison Olivia, and Marley Lu) all of Appleton, WI and her son, Michael Benjamin Wreath and his wife Kara Van de Grift of Chapel Hill, NC. Mary Beth was preceded in death by grandparents, parents, and a sister, Jean Brooks. Memorial donations may be made to the Dodgeland High School ‘Fine Arts Department’ at 401 S. Western Avenue, Juneau, WI 53039 or to a charity of your choice. Visitation will be held at Dodgeland High School, 401 S. Western Avenue, Juneau, WI from 4-7 PM on Tuesday April 29, and from 3:30-5:30 PM on Wednesday, April 30. Funeral service is Wednesday at 5:30 PM at Dodgeland High School. Rev.
