Bernice Ruby Kirchoff

Bernice R. Kirchoff of Hustisford passed away Tuesday July 30th, 2013 at Aurora Medical Center-Hartford at the age of 85 years. She was born July 8, 1928 in Lebanon, the daughter of Gustav and Lenora (nee Kuehl) Kollath. She married Palmer Kirchoff August 12, 1950 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lebanon, WI. Bernice loved raising her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed the duties of homemaking - baking, canning, attending to her vegetable and flower gardens. Bernice was very diligent about keeping track of birthdays and anniversaries and seeing that the respective card went out. Bernice was a long time member of Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church and seldom missed Sunday service if at all possible. Despite her many physical challenges, she never complained and always had a smile. Bernice is survived by her children; Kristine (Arland) Kluewer, Ronald (Jennifer) Kirchoff , Rachel (Scott) Mueller, Rebecca (Raymond) Peplinski, and Linda (Kevin) Will all of Hustisford, Pauline (Daniel) Quest of Missouri, her 27 grandchildren; Jeremy (Michelle), Jeffrey ( Linda), Joel (Sherri), Jacob, Justin, and Jordan Kluewer, Paula (Steve) O’Keefe, Deanna (Steve) Daly, Erica (Bill) Faulkner, Katherine (Justin) Wood, Patrick, Andrew, and Erin Quest, Marcus (Lindsay) Kirchoff and Jessica (Jason) Hundt, Caitlin and Cody Kirchoff, Shelly (Chad) Persha, Shannon (Chanda) Mueller, Jason Mueller, Janelle (Chad) Bliefernicht, Raymond Jr. and Amy Peplinski, Melissa, Kyle, Leah, Kayla Will, 28 great grandchildren, 5 step great Grandchildren, her sister Janet (Ron) Eigenberger, sisters-in-law, LaVerne Uttech and Marget (Bud) Hein, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Bernice is preceded in death by her husband Palmer in 2001, her son Richard in 2007, son-in-law Todd Mueller, grandson Mark Quest, great grandson Wade Persha, her sister Betty (Roger) Hein and brother-in-law Wally Uttech. Visitation is Thursday, August 8th from 4 - 8 pm at Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church, 264 North Lake St. Hustisford and Friday from 11 AM - 12:45 PM. Funeral service will follow at church at 1PM. Rev. Timothy Bauer and Rev. David Pries will officiate. Interment at Hustisford Cemetery. Memorials to Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church would be appreciated.
